Cancellations and refunds
Before work starts
Email hello@getreportpatch.com with your project or payment reference. If you cancel a paid phase before its work begins, we refund that phase’s payment. We do not charge you a separate cancellation fee.
After a phase starts
We review what has been completed against the written scope. Any charge for completed work and refund of unused prepaid work will be explained in writing. A completed initial review remains a USD 500 paid deliverable even when the later build is unsuitable; the unpaid USD 2,000 is not charged.
If the delivery does not meet the scope
Tell us which agreed acceptance check is not met. We first correct covered defects. If an agreed deliverable cannot be supplied, we agree an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion. Included defect support lasts 14 days after acceptance; this does not restrict any rights you have by law.
Refund processing
Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. We confirm when the refund is issued. Never send full card numbers in a refund request. There is no physical shipping, recurring subscription or automatic renewal for the reporting sprint.
