Service terms
Agree the work before paying
ReportPatch provides reporting setup services to business customers. A website enquiry does not book work or create a payment obligation. Before a payment request, we agree the reporting use case, source requirements, deliverables, timing, acceptance checks and data handling in writing. Any agreed project-specific scope takes priority over this general description. We currently onboard United States business customers.
The initial review — USD 500
The review covers one agreed reporting workflow. You receive a source/field map, documented metric and data-quality risks, and a written recommendation and build scope. We agree its delivery date after checking the representative redacted inputs. The review fee is included in the USD 2,500 sprint if you proceed. If the build is unsuitable, you keep the review and owe no build fee. The review is a paid deliverable, not a promise that a build will be suitable.
The reporting sprint — USD 2,500 total
The base sprint covers one reusable report template, up to three agreed export formats and five client configurations using the same schema, metric definitions, input/reconciliation checks, written operating instructions, one revision round and 14 days of fixes for defects against the accepted scope. The milestones are USD 500 for the review, USD 1,000 after scope approval before building, and USD 1,000 on acceptance. Applicable taxes, if any, are identified before payment. There is no recurring subscription.
The build normally takes five business days after approved scope, usable samples and the first USD 1,500 total received. A source change, missing input or delayed approval may change the agreed delivery date. Additional work requires a separate written scope and approval. Third-party fees require advance approval.
Acceptance and limits
We reconcile the delivered report to the agreed source data and acceptance checks. You review the deliverables and identify any mismatch with those checks; covered defects are corrected. Acceptance is confirmed in writing. Live API connectors, tracking repair, attribution reconstruction, ad management, historical recovery and ongoing report production are outside the base scope. We do not guarantee time savings, ad performance, revenue, unique-lead counts or causal attribution. Platform conversion totals may overlap.
Production and data handling
Automated systems and AI tools are used in analysis, code and written production. Review is based on agreed source data and acceptance checks. Before sharing client information, you must have permission to provide it and approve the agreed processing tools and transfer method. Start with redacted aggregate data; do not send credentials or sensitive records through the public form.
Your deliverables
After full payment, you may use and modify the custom report, source mappings and instructions delivered for your business. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. We do not publish your confidential data or present your project as a case study without permission.

See the cancellation and refund policy. Raise concerns at hello@getreportpatch.com so we can review the agreed scope and evidence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
