ReportPatch

Tools for one report.

These tools run in your browser. Use synthetic data or non-sensitive aggregate totals only.

TRY THE WORK

A report with its workings.

SYNTHETIC DATA / BROWSER-LOCAL DEMO

This sample reads monthly channel totals and checks the inputs before calculating anything. It illustrates the work; client implementations are separately scoped.

Use monthly aggregates only: month, source, spend, conversions, currency. USD only. Files stay in this browser; no account, upload, or storage. Please use non-sensitive sample data.

Do the independent control totals match?

Enter totals from a separate source export for the selected month and channel. The comparison runs only in this browser; nothing is uploaded.

Choose a report slice, then compare it with independent source totals.

Use non-sensitive aggregate totals only. Copied notes and prepared answers stay on your device unless you submit the separate enquiry form.

ONE REPORT DUE WITHIN TWO WEEKS?

Get a written fit answer before sending files.

Share only the report type, due date, and who approves metric definitions. The fixed review is $500 and returns a source map, metric/date checks, ranked risks, and a patch/acceptance plan.

WHAT TO REVIEW

WHAT THIS DOESN’T PROVE

Platforms may claim the same conversion. These totals are not unique leads, revenue, ROAS, or causal impact. ReportPatch checks what the report can support; your agency makes campaign and budget decisions.

CSV format and quality checks

One row per month and channel. Month is YYYY-MM. Spend must be a finite nonnegative number; conversions must be a nonnegative integer. Currency must be USD. Duplicate month/channel rows, inconsistent columns, or invalid values reject the entire import. Empty values are errors, not zeros. Maximum 500 rows / 1 MB.

The comparison is the immediately preceding calendar month, using the same selected channel set. If matching data are missing, the comparison is unavailable.

PREVIEW THE $500 REVIEW OUTPUTS

Three concrete artifacts, using only labeled synthetic data.

These downloads show a separate fictional $4,800 paid-media example, distinct from the $1,000 reconciliation on the sample page. They show the structure of a source map, ranked risk register, and patch/acceptance plan—not customer results or a substitute for an agreed review.

Synthetic examples only. Do not send client data through a public link or enquiry form.

JANUARY DELIVERY PLANNING / SYNTHETIC

Pick the report that needs a clean handoff.

Choose one existing recurring report type to preview the evidence map and acceptance checks ReportPatch would use. The January 2027 date is a planning scenario—not a customer deadline or result. Your agency must confirm the actual due date and definitions approver.

SYNTHETIC / PAID MEDIAPaid media monthly review packet

Trace platform spend and reported conversions to aggregate exports, document date windows, and hold delivery if the control totals or definitions do not agree.

  • Aggregate platform exports and report totals
  • Reporting window, timezone, currency, and attribution labels
  • Definitions approver and written accept/revise/hold gate
No files, credentials, client data, or payment are requested for the first answer.

ONE REPORT DUE SOON?

Turn these checks into a three-day review.

We reconcile one existing recurring report, rank the risks, and return a patch and acceptance plan.

PRIVATE 60-SECOND REPORT RISK CHECK

Five controls. One next decision.

Check the controls that are already true for one existing recurring report. The result is calculated in this browser; no report data, answers, or identifiers are uploaded.

This is a triage aid, not an audit or a customer result.

Which controls are already in place?

60-SECOND BUYER FIT GATE

Should this report go to review?

Answer three scope questions. The decision stays in this browser and creates a safe handoff for your reporting owner—without uploading a report or contact details.

  • One existing recurring report, not a new dashboard build.
  • A delivery or decision due within two weeks.
  • A person who can approve metric definitions.
