ReportPatch reviews one existing recurring client report for marketing agencies and reporting owners. The fixed review costs $500 USD and traces agreed source exports to report outputs, checks metric definitions and reporting dates, ranks risks, and supplies a patch and acceptance plan.
Who the review fits
You already have a report in a dashboard, spreadsheet, PDF, or slide workflow, with an identified business need and an approver. You can supply complete agreed redacted aggregate inputs with permission. Current onboarding is for United States business customers. We confirm the actual format, due date, complexity, capacity, and tax treatment before accepting a scope.
Six deliverables
- A report-flow and source/field map for the agreed sample.
- Metric-definition and consistency findings, including dates and reporting windows.
- A QA risk register ranked by severity and supported by evidence.
- A patch plan separating configuration fixes from rebuild work.
- An acceptance checklist for reconciliation, refresh behavior, and exports.
- A go/no-go recommendation and boundary for any separately scoped implementation.
Inputs and timing
Start with the report type, exact due date, and who approves definitions. Do not attach client files to an initial enquiry. Before transfer we agree the written scope, approved processing tools, secure transfer method, redaction, and retention. The review delivery window is three business days after written scope, payment, and complete agreed redacted inputs; any different deadline must be accepted in writing.
Need a faster handoff for an existing year-end marketing report? See the $750, 72-hour rush scope and eligibility ↗. A rush slot is subject to capacity and agreement before payment.
Expected inputs include one report or representative redacted export, source list and refresh cadence, metric glossary, required output formats, and any same-schema configuration needed for the agreed sample. Passwords, unrestricted account access, client personal records, and sensitive data are not requested through the public form.
What a limited review establishes
Acceptance means the six deliverables have been supplied against the agreed sample and written checks. It does not establish the correctness of every upstream event, causal attribution, unique cross-platform leads, campaign strategy, or future reports. Findings can include insufficient evidence or a recommendation to hold delivery.
Implementation is separately agreed
Rebuilding reports, live API integrations, tracking repair, historical recovery, attribution reconstruction, ad management, and ongoing report operations are outside the review. If a separate ReportPatch sprint fits, the published price is $2,500 total including the $500 review, with $1,000 after scope approval before building and $1,000 on acceptance. Written scope and current terms govern. A completed review remains payable even if you do not proceed.
The first fit enquiry creates no contract or payment obligation. Checkout is issued only after scope, handling, capacity, buyer location, and tax treatment are resolved. Read service terms, cancellation and refunds, and data handling.
